Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Time Once dispatched, delivery takes 4–5 working days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders sooner. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is shipped.
Shipping Cost FREE shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.
Shipping Partner We ship through trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your RoboBai. The exact courier may vary based on your pincode.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order by visiting our Track Order page or by contacting us at support@robobai.in.
Delivery Address Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details. Address changes after dispatch are not possible.
Undelivered / RTO Orders If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability at the delivery location, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange reshipment. A second shipping attempt may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on all orders across India. No additional charges for COD orders.
