At ROBOBAI, operated by P. Holdings, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
All products sold through ROBOBAI are non-returnable and non-refundable. We encourage you to review product details, specifications, and compatibility carefully before placing your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at lovelamp123123@gmail.com or calling +91 with your order ID. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your RoboBai 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum & Mop arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs clearly showing the damage or defect along with your order ID. Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement subject to stock availability, at our discretion. No monetary refunds will be issued.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
The RoboBai 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum & Mop comes with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal household use. Warranty claims can be initiated by contacting us at lovelamp123123@gmail.com with your order ID, date of purchase, and photographs of the issue. Warranty coverage details are outlined in our Terms of Service (https://robobai.in/policies/terms-of-service).
